1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Milk Agogo, operated by BERRIES CORPORATION CO., LTD., you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Milk Agogo is a premium entertainment venue providing:

• VIP lounge and entertainment services
• Premium bar and beverage service
• Live entertainment and performances
• Private event hosting
• Concierge services

3. Age Restrictions

Our services are strictly limited to individuals 20 years of age and older, in accordance with Thai entertainment venue regulations. Valid government-issued identification is required for entry.

4. Reservations and Cancellations

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• No-shows may result in charges or restrictions on future bookings
• Group bookings may require deposits

5. Conduct and Dress Code

Guests are expected to maintain appropriate behavior and dress standards. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who:

• Are intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances
• Engage in inappropriate or disruptive behavior
• Fail to meet dress code requirements
• Harass staff or other guests
• Violate Thai law or venue policies

6. Photography and Recording Policy

STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Photography, video recording, or any form of image capture is strictly forbidden inside the venue premises. This policy protects the privacy of all guests and staff.

Violations will result in immediate removal from the premises and potential legal action.

7. Drug Policy and Penalties

ZERO TOLERANCE: The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited on our premises.

Violations will result in:

• Immediate removal from the premises
• Fine of 10,000 THB to be paid immediately
• Permanent ban from the venue
• Reporting to local authorities as required by Thai law

8. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is due upon service unless prior arrangements are made
• We accept cash payments and PromptPay scan only
• Service charges may apply for VIP services
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

9. Liability and Disclaimers

BERRIES CORPORATION CO., LTD. shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage except where caused by our negligence
• Lost or stolen personal items
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control

10. Privacy and Venue Photography

• The venue may contain security cameras for safety purposes
• Official venue photography is conducted by authorized personnel only
• All guest photography and recording is strictly prohibited
• Security footage is used solely for safety and security purposes

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Milk Agogo remain the property of BERRIES CORPORATION CO., LTD. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chon Buri Province, Thailand.

13. Health and Safety

• Guests must comply with all health and safety regulations
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas
• Emergency procedures must be followed if announced
• Guests with health conditions should inform staff if assistance is needed

14. Modifications

BERRIES CORPORATION CO., LTD. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
